Silver, 43 mm, 1758. Armoured knight riding a horse and brandishing a sword, crowned coat of arms of the province of Utrecht below. Reverse w. crowned coat of arms of the United Provinces, w. lion supporters, date in cartouche below. In 1659 the Dutch states started production of this 'silver rider' ducaton; they were minted until 1798.
