[Original advertorial designs] Ten original packaging designs

(1) "Lorre Lorre kom een gauw, zie eens wat ik heb voor jouw" [sic]. Original, movable design for a Victoria Chocola box, col. gouache on stiff paper, total size 28.5 x 23 cm., ca. 1930, mounted at upper margin. Sm. imperfections. The movable mechanism in good working order. Verso of the same mount: (2) "Golden Horn Jamaïca". Orig. design for the cover of a box, Golden Horn Chocolate Co., Dordrecht, col. gouache on stiff paper, total size 24.5 x 31 cm, w. typescript label "Tekening uitvoeren in vierkleuren druk. Te gebruiken lettertype Bodoni-kapitaal of anders soortgelijk lettertype" and in pencil "De niet getekende tekst in zwartdruk" below the image, ca. 1930. (3) (Teacher learning her schoolclass to count). Original design for Victoria, gouache in grey, black and white on stiff paper, 13 x 19.5 cm, under passepartout. (4) "Mosselen. Een héérlijk en gezellig eten. Recepten". Complete booklet-design in col. gouache, for Gezamenlijke Mosselkwekers en Handelsbedrijven, The Hague, ca. 1950, (8) p. (incl. stapled wr.), obl. 8vo. With: (5) A printed version of the wrappers, the backwr. w. gouache illustration and text in pen, the address crossed-out and altered in: "Het productschap voor vis- en visproducten".
