A few sm. imperfections, but overall a very good copy. Splendidly executed, very rare portfolio, advertising "notre caractère de publicité "L'Indépendant", a very distinctive lettertype. The choice of the name of the type is not by chance: the portfolio was publ. exactly 100 years after the Belgian Revolution. The portfolio contains a.o. a fold. flyer printed in green and black (dated 1930, unfold. 37 x 45 cm), a bifolium printed in blue, black and silver advertising "L'Automat" (a printing press), a bifolium printed in red and black advertising "L'Intertype" (another printing press, the bifolium in the orig. envelope), a bifolium printed in green and black listing "Plantin's specialiteiten" and a leaf printed in black and brown, "Nous sommes à votre disposition".
