Pagination skipping pages 7-8, but bookblock apparently complete. Page 27 w. stain, wr. loose and strenghtened w. sellotape on spine. Minor other defects. With label on frontwr. and title-p.: "Attentie! L.S. U gelieve nota te nemen dat sedert begin 1913 onze filiale te Brussel is opgeheven, zodat ons eenig adres is: N.V. v/h W. Haaxman & Co, Singel 176, Amsterdam." Extremely rare trade-catalogue.
