Title and verso of the last plate browned along edges as usual, some folds in blank margins. Humorous and very fine Jugendstil plates, comprising (incl. erotic plates): Title-p., Les Goulons, Lilly Peters, The 2 Blackpipers, Wanda Willranowsky, John and Jack, Mimmi Lilli Cilli, Ruler and Dina, Sigrid Larsson, The Brushes, Wu Pei Lo and Les Soninis. The graphic artist Zarth (1879-1957) designed furniture, tapestries and cloths, before turning to book illustration around 1900. He later became a member of the Kandinsky's artists' group Phalanx.
