(1) Vaarzon Morel, W. (1868-1955). Winteravond Vakteekenschool. Mauritskade 28b Amsterdam. Getuigschrift voor J.Chr.B. Strube als bewijs dat hij de lessen in het vakteekenen van Ximmers (?) gedurende den cursus 1 Oct. 1908 tot 15 Maart 1909 geregeld en met vrucht heeft gevolgd. Col. photolithogr. certificate, 15.5 x 20.5 cm, filled out and signed in pen, printed by Roeloffzen Hübner & van Santen, awarded 31 Maart 1909, des. by Vaarzon Morel (w. his printed monogram), under passepartout. A few foxed spots, central fold and some creases. (2) Roos, S.H. de (1877-1962). Pallas. Pallade adiutrice lucis luctatores ardentes sumus (...). Col. lithogr. inaugural certificate, sheet size 44 x 28.5 cm, filled out in pen to J. van Ploeg and signed, 20 March 1908, des. by de Roos (w. his printed signature), under passepartout. Lacks a seal (cl. ribbon present). Some sm. defects. -and 16 similar others (1 duplicate), incl. an unused lithogr. diploma of the Nederlandsch Olympisch Comité (Vijfkamp voor Officieren) by C. Rol (1877-1963), a col. lithogr. diploma issued by Nimrod Cynophilia for a dog exhibition in the Amsterdam Paleis voor Volksvlijt, 1909. Added: Exhibition poster for works of Roelf Gerbrands.
