Grey sheet, 36 x 27 cm, offsett printed black both sides, with overlay printing. Hand added elements to the work include a pinhole to the centre encircled in green, three small indented dots in triangle formation, rubber stamps, marker and crayon notations.

Recto shows the artist's signature in red ink, rubber stamps in red, green and black, including two date stamps (18 Nov. 1974 and 24 Apr. 1975) and a round stamp stating 'Unbeat, Art Missionary Prof. Yoshio Nakajima'.
