Designed by Bill Butts, profusely illustrated with project and installation images printed in brown-violet on cream coloured glossy paper. Includes the exhibition history for each artist in the form of type-written and hand-annotated CVs. Corners with dents, and some wear to paper edges, generally in fine condition. Very rare item.
