De Jong (1939) is a Dutch painter, sculptor and graphic artist. She became involved with the radical artists and thinkers of the 1960s, most notably with the Situationist International and Gruppe SPUR. After her expulsion from the Situationist International, she founded The Situationist Times. Her early paintings from the 1960s can be characterized as expressive abstraction, with violent, humorous and erotic elements.
