Dutch conceptual artist Pieter Engels aka Simon Es (1938-2019) sent out these publicity information sheets to various people in the international art world, humorously playing with the cult of the artist. All posters were accompanied by a card, which the recipient could return with a comment or request to receive a signed deluxe copy for a fee of one hundred dollars. Most posters are printed black on glossy white paper, with three posters printed in black and gold. The prints are in crisp condition, the envelopes show age wear. Fascinating full set. (total 8)
