Photo sl. faded. Not inspected outside frame. August Hermans (1875-1936) was a sculptor, artist and architect, who led the Roermond branch of Eduard Cuyper's architectural firm from ca. 1920 onwards. From this document it is apparent that Hermans enjoyed an education in the Cuyper's firm from 1893 to 1918 under the supervision of Pierre Cuypers.
