A remarkably well preserved, fresh copy w. the following imperfections: title w. marginal stains, folio LVIII w. sm. ink stain and 17th cent. marginal annotation, occas. other contemp. marginal annotations and occas. rubrication/ underlining in red ink, top of spine skillfully restored, sides scratched and leather over upper joint splitting but good holding on cords. Extremely rare in this fine condition. The fifth edition of a series of Bibles printed by Sacon for Koberger between 1512 and 1522.
