Manuscript notebook, 6 laid paper lvs, 4 white cardboard lvs and 2 bone or thick vellum lvs, 5 pages w. entries of births, baptisms, deaths and marriages dated 1760-1842, 2 silk inner pockets, black sharkskin binding w. gilt metal (brass?) clasp in low relief depicting a hare and a dog, w. lock and (remarkably enough) the tiny key preserved, brass edges of covers, orig. gilt brass pen consisting of two interlocking parts preserved in holder at fore-edge, all edges gilt, 11.2 x 6.5 cm.
