Divisional titles browned/ foxed and several also waterst. in lower blank margin (also a few other lvs affected), final 2 plates loose, occas. finger soiling in blank margins, inner hinges weak, spine pasted over w. green paper and covers a bit worn along extremities, wrappers of the supplement in two parts. An acceptable, untrimmed copy. Landwehr, Books with Colour Plates 84; Nissen BBI 939; Stafleu & Cowan 3082; Pritzel 4291. Very fine, exceptional publication, starting w. plates after the xylotheque of the Electoral Collection in Dresden and expanded with plates showing the xylotheque of rev. Hazeu and the author. The general title, not present here, was published in 1791: "Houtkunde, behelzende de afbeeldingen van meest alle bekende, in- en uitlandsche houten". The present copy has all the original titles and the very rare divisional titles (usually discarded when the work was bound after publication of the final installment).
