France, ca. 1870. (1) Depicting a studying nun surprising a monk. (2) Enthusiastic can-can honeymoon scene. Both cards w. moveable parts operated by a tab, in good condition. 9.5 x 9.5 cm. Each card signed w. the pun 'Pol 'Hisson' and w. the orig. tissue overlay still attached.
