From the archives of Fritzi ter Harmsen van der Beek. Hamdorff in Laren opened its doors in 1913, and it gained national renown for its parties and jazz concerts by the Ramblers. Posters for events were designed by Willy Sluiter and later by ter Harmsen van der Beek, who used the hotel for his weekly chess hour. These drawings have not been published before and have been hidden in the archives of Fritzi ter Harmsen van der Beek for over half a century. (total 11)
