Incl. an archive on a lawsuit by the 'Laetschap' of Oostnieuwkerkeagainst Anne Caroline de Draeck (1697-1775), 'Vrouwe van ter Beken in Gend Heescherigge', consisting of approx. 60 mostly folio-sized Dutch language manuscript documents, dated 1778-1775 (incl. extracts of older documents), var. amounts of pages, bound together w. a cord in lower left corner. The document on top of the stack lists 32 points of the indictment, a.o. on the misuse of certain official terms in her writings and ensuing conflicts w. 'ontfangers ofte issuemeesters'. -and approx. 70 miscell. other 18th cent./ 19th cent. documents from the Flanders region, incl. an extensive document signed by Joannes Franciscus van Hulle and Gaspard baron De Draeck, 3 inventories, testaments, 3 letters signed Walburge de Wyntere, documents on (Lo-)Reninge, Ghent, Meteren and Rijsel.
