Egypt and Sudan, eight photo albums
1914-1921. Each album w. approx. 15-20 photographs, both tipped-in and glued on pages, var. techniques and sizes, many w. handwritten captions in English (assumedly by the same person). Perhaps a collection of photos from a military individual, as a few albums have pictures of England with the caption 'on leave'. Photos incl. topographical and street views of var. places in Egypt and Sudan (incl. a.o. Cairo, Aswan, Faraskur and Khartoum), but many of native peoples.
