Colour offset print, 50 x 71 cm, signed and numbered 42/75 on verso in pencil. Photo of a performance executed in Brussels in 1984, published in 2013 by Ronny van de Velde gallery Antwerp. Minor scuff on verso due to tape removal, not impacting the front. Very good condition.
Belgian artist Ria Pacquée (1954) is best known for her performance art and photography. In 1981 she created the character ‘Madame’, played by herself, investigating the thin line between the fictional and the actual. This print is part of the 'Madame' performance series.
