[Noord-Holland] Three leaves from the wall map "T Hoogh-Heemraetschap vande uytwaterende sluysen

in Kennemerlandt ende West-Vrieslandt". All approx. 42 x 57 cm., engr. by K. Dekker and A. Deur after J.J. Dou, the 5th edition, Amst., I. Tirion, 1756, numbered 2 and 7 (both under passepartouts) and 8 (framed, with nice plan of Amsterdam) in lower right corner. The famous wall map was originally published in 1680 and remained unchanged in all later editions except for the coats of arms of the dike-reeves; the present sheet 2 w. the name "Syms" (Gerard Stuylingh Syms) is just visible in the partial coat of arms in left margin.
