György Galántai (1941) is a Hungarian neo-avant-garde, Fluxus and Mail Art artist. From 1970 onwards he organized semi-legal exhibitions, actions and happenings. In 1979 he founded Artpool Art Research Center (with Júlia Klaniczay), a contemporary art venue and archive in Budapest that is still active today.
