India ink w. blue highlight colour. Daily comic strip 7 February 1952. 15.5 x 44 cm. W. dedication in ink on bottom and a typed and signed letter by Walt Kelly in which he explains 'the many requests for special drawings would keep me at the the drawing board with hardly any time for anything else'. He thus gave this original strip instead 'With best wishes to you and your wife-to-be'.
