Fine convolute w. annotation in pen on upper pastedown: "De la bibliothèque de feu Mr. Milan-Visconti à Utrecht, en Novemb. 1782". This is Gisbert Franco Baron de Milan-Visconto (1693-1780), his library was sold at auction beginning on 4 Nov. 1782, the present work is lot 170 in the auction catalogue (Utrecht, B. Wild, available online).
