Ian Wilson, collection of Discussion cards and flyers

For over 50 years, conceptual artist Ian Wilson (1940–2020) staged 'Discussions', events in which he invited individuals to engage in private and public conversations about verbal communication. The only surviving elements of these works are the invitations and certificates given to attendees. This lot contains 10 announcements each merely stating that Ian Wilson will be present for a discussion at a specific location and time.
