Barbara Streisand contact sheets for Vogue 1964

Taken at the shoot. Each 25 x 20 cm, with a total of 33 small photos. These are compiled in a ring-bound album, which also contains Potter's drawings of the actresses, 29 detached covers from magazines such as Vanity Fair, Bazaar, Vogue, Dance Magazine, and The New Yorker dating from the 1930s to the 1960s, a Vogue page with an illustration by Warhol, a Vogue advertisement for the Foreman vs. Muhammad Ali fight in 1974, and two additional articles.

Provenance: This item is from the Jack Potter fashion archive. Potter was commissioned to create a series of 'At Home' casual wear portraits of young actresses in 1964. The series included Sandy Dennis, Carol Channing, Diahann Carroll, Carol Burnett, and Anne Bancroft. Remarkably, only the sheets featuring Barbara Streisand, who was 22 at the time, have been preserved.
