Three colonial exhibition cards and three pulling cards
Three tourist fold-out leporello cards, ca. 1935. Two w. erotic themes; a humorous depiction of a laughing, partly dressed African woman whose skirt can be lifted, featuring: (1) Underneath the skirt is a leporello w. tourist sites in France in 10 images. (2) Illustrator 'Clem'. Underneath the skirt is a leporello on the Colonial exhibition in 10 images. (3) A similar picture postcard, illustrated by 'Clem', of an elephant, lacking the fold-out leporello. (4) Three 'pulling' cards. One German, two Japanese. Made in the early 1960s, showing ladies' legs inside an illustrated thick paper cover. Once pulled, the legs have a funny face on top and a metal clasp that will smack your fingers during the pull.*
