Drawing in pen and ink, with touches of brown wash, 18.7 x 11.2 cm, on laid paper w. sm. part of a watermark visible at the edge. Foxed, remnants of former mounting on verso.

Intriguing small drawing, almost certainly only representing the right half of the orig. sheet. The appearance of the left half remains speculative and, if it still exits, its whereabouts are unknown.
