Groningen, Corps de Garde, 1979. Multiple, 13.5 x 20 cm/216 x 124 cm. Folded sheet of black tissue paper which unfolds into the shape of the numeral 7. Title printed in tiny gold lettering in upper center of the huge sheet.

The multiple was produced in the run-up to Documenta 7 (1982) and meant as a protest against the organization's Western-oriented perspective. It was mailed to a selective group of international art-world insiders who were asked to hang the piece on a wall. Edition size unknown. Very light discolouration at edges, generally a good copy.
