A very fine periodical illustrating the start of the Jugendstil/ Art Nouveau movement. The first number is devoted to Henry van de Velde and contains the fine col. lithogr. poster "Tropon. L'Aliment le plus concentré" (29 x 20.5 cm), monogrammed on the stone. The second, fourth, fifth and sixth numbers comprise artists per country. For The Netherlands Lion Cachet, Thorn-Prikker, Mendes da Costa, Molkenboer, Toorop, Berlage and De Bazel. The third number features Tiffany.
