Gierigheid en overdaad; Zinnespel; De edelmoedige vrinden. Blyspel gevolgt na de Trinumnius uyt Plautus. De fyne bedriegeryen ontdekt. In drie deelen. Blyspel. Three etchings, all ca. 16 x 12 cm, signed by Van den Berge, w. address of Hendrik van de Gaete in Amsterdam and dated 1711 (2x) and 1713 in the plates, mounted on 1 sheet at upper margins. All w. the collector's stamp of Christiaan Kramm (1797-1875) (Lugt L.581) verso. (4-5) Abraham van der Borcht (1625-1690). Two etchings w. var. subjects after Parmigianino and Ludovico Carracci, 14.5 x 21 and 17 x 23.5 cm, signed and numb. 28 and 29 in the plate, tipped onto mount alongside an etching by Abraham Bloemaert, on the same leaf. (6-9) Romeijn de Hooghe (1645-1708). Series of 4 etchings from J.A. van der Goes, De Ystroom 1699, all 17 x 12.5 cm, signed and numb. 1-4 in the plates, mounted together on 2 lvs. -and approx. 30 others by a.o. Jan Luiken, Jacob Folkema, Pieter Nolpe. Simon Fokke, Honoré Daumier (later edition), Peter Halm, Marcel Roux ("l'enfant et la mort"), Gerard Edelinck (portrait of Descartes after Frans Hals) and John Faber Jr. (mezzotint portrait of Martin Folkes after John Vanderbank).
