Henk Peeters, K. Schippers. Niet. Deluxe edition with original powder puff on velvet

Portfolio published in 1986 by Bébert, Rotterdam in an edition of 60 copies including 10 deluxe copies numbered I-X. Five additional H.C. deluxe editions were produced for the artist, author and publisher. This is the author's copy numbered H.C. IV/V.

Silver satin-covered box, measuring 54 x 36.5 x 8 cm. Titled in white flockprint/ felt, comprising five works by Henk Peeters, including a feather piece, paper collages and pyrographies. All signed, dated '86, numbered and accompanied by five texts by K. Schippers. The colophon is signed by both. This luxury edition comes with an amazing extra work by Henk Peeters (Pink powder puff on purple velvet, 35 x 33 cm) and handwritten text by K. Schippers. Box with slight corner bumps and inconspicuous small stain on the silver part. All works in mint condition. Added: 3 b/w pictures by Truus Nienhuis, photographer and Peeters's wife, featuring Henk Peeters and K. Schippers signing the Niet portfolio in 1986. Provenance: collection K. Schippers.
