[Ornithology] Collection of twelve lithographs

(1) Columba (Peristera) Puella. Col. lithogr. by H. Schlegel. 1848. Only print of this supposed species. The bird depicted is likely actually an emerald-spotted dove (Turtur chalcospilos). 36 x 27 cm. (2) Five col. lithogr. publ. by P.W.M. Trap, likely from De Vogels van Nederland, by H. Schlegel. Two 28 x 19 cm, three 36 x 27 cm. Some wear/dam. in margin. (3) Six lithographs from Verhandelingen over de natuurlijke geschiedenis. Probably by Schlegel, ca. 1850. 31 x 44 cm. Added: (4) Six col. lithographs of sea stars. P.W.M. Trap, ca. 1850. 35 x 26 cm. -and 1 other.
