Stapled, in original soft covers. An extensive and well-preserved set of this important bilingual (German/English) journal on commercial graphic design, with a strong focus on posters but also covering photography, book covers, shop windows, packaging, fair booths and more. Includes notable issues such as the 60 years Hohlwein issue (1934), the 'History of Paper' (fold-out poster, Oct. 1939), and issues dedicated to Holzschneider, Das Plakat, and propaganda by Nord-Deutscher Lloyd and Julius Klinger. Covers were often specifically designed by leading graphic designers. Incl. tipped-in samples of commercial graphics and some loosely inserted material.
Generally in good to very good condition. Some w. minor wear to backstrips; some issues with slight adhesion damage to pages. Overall a strong and very good run. (total 118)
