Hulle, Anselmus van (1601-1674) (after). Series of twelve (handcol.) engr. portraits

(1-3) Portraits of Hermannus Mylius (dated 1649), Wolfgang Conrad von Thumbshirn and Barthold van Gent. Three folio-sized finely handcol. engr. portraits w. gilt borders by Pieter van Bailliu (1613- after 1660), Cornelis Galle (II) (1615-1678) and Petrus de Jode (II) (1606-1674), each (illegibly) SIGNED in pen by the "afsetter" (colourist), in the same old hand, w. numbering (likely by the same person). Good copies w. ample margins, all three prints w. faint middle-fold and sl. foxing. The third print shows traces of tape from former mounting at the upper margin verso. Rare example of prints w. signature by the colourist. (4 -14) Eleven additional uncoloured portraits, incl. 9 from the same series after Van Hulle (incl. duplicates of the portraits of Mylius and Van Gent).
