Game of dominoes, issued by M.D. in Paris, early 20th cent. Consisting of 28 wooden blocks w. mounted handcol. lithogr. paper plates, each w. 2 images and measuring 5.5 x 8 cm, and 35 (of ?) circular playing chips in var. colours. Together in orig. board box, lid decorated w. large lithogr. plate and w. rules of the game on the inside, 24.5 x 34 x 3.5 cm.

The blocks w. names in pen in a child's hand verso, and occas. rubbed spots recto, the lid of the box w. dam./ rubbed spots. -and a col. lithogr. Jan Klaassen game of quartets, complet w. 10 quartets Ex collection Otto van der Mieden. (40 cards in total).
