London, Stationer's Hall, n.d. (late 19th cent.), each view measuring 6.5 x 8 cm, total size 9 x 260 cm, rolled on a stick for viewing in sequence in a magic lantern or similar viewing device. A few large tears and many smaller tears, the address preceding the series torn and lacking a portion, otherwise no significant loss of paper. A very - if not extremely - rare series of views, relatively well preserved considering the fragility of the paper. Collection Otto van der Mieden.
