The colophon states that 110 numb. copies were printed for "De Sikkel" in Antwerp (bearing the the address of De Sikkel); apparently the "Weelde uitgave" also included copies with the address of the W.B-Vereeniging. (2) Maurits de Doncker. Gedoofder vuren-as. Kortrijk, Steenlandt, 1929. Printed in blue, red and black 300 numb. copies (no. 125). 69,(6) p., with woodcut title-illustration, 3 full-p. woodcut ills. and orig. wr. by Cantré.
