Lacks leaf Dd4 (p. 225-226), no digitized version available to check if this is perhaps always the case. Occas. a bit browned. Binding worn along extremities, joints splitting, gilding on spine rubbed/ worn. Bound with: Nader aanhangsel ingevolge Resolutie Magistraal van den 10 February 1744 (...). Ibid., Henricus Landmeter, 1744, (2),103-148,(8),149-156 p., woodcut title-vignette, head- and tailpieces and initials. A bit browned almost throughout. Both works with offsetting from turn-ins at the beginning/ end. (2) De Vrouwen-Peerle, ofte Dryvoudige historie van Helena de Verduldige, Griseldis de Sachtmoedige, Florentine de Getrouwe (...). Ibid., widow L. Bertus, n.d. (1746, approbation dated 1621), 56 p., 16 (mainly half-p. woodcuts, incl. title-ill.). Simple contemp. vellum frontwr. (wrinkled and cut short) preserved. Final leaf lacking large portions, bookblock mostly rodent-nibbled in lower inner corner, sl. affecting the text of the first 2 quires. Several other defects, sold w.a.f.
