Edgardo Antonio Vigo. Anuario Diagonal Cero: 1962 and 1963

La Plata, Diagonal Cero, 1962-1963. Two printed envelopes, 24.5 x 20 cm, with loose-leaf sheets compiling the first eight issues of the seminal experimental poetry and art journal Diagonal Cero, self-published by E.A.Vigo in 28 issues (1962-1969). Contents complete and identical to the loose magazines, but without their separate cover sleeves. Envelopes show light creasing, contents near mint. This set has a stamp of 'F/V, biblioteca S.A.I.C.' on recto. Exceptionally rare publications, also represented in the collection of MACBA Barcelona.

The 1962 annual holds issues Nos. 1-4, the 1963 annual holds issues Nos. 5/6-8, all with loose inlaid folded sheets and some single sheets with woodcut illustrations by Vigo. Among the contributors are Hector Luis Arena, Adriana Bianco, Raul Fortin, Guillermo A. Gutierrez, Beatriz Lilia Herrara, Badii Libero, Vigo, Martha and Graciela Zuik. Articles feature Arp, Francis Picabia, Kurt Schwitters, Grupo de los Elefantes, Movimiento Constructivo Arquitectural et al. (total 2)
