First edition printed in 70 copies, one of the 50 copies numbered from 1 to 50. This is Copy No. 1. The plates by Henri Chopin and John Furnival are printed in silkscreen on wove paper, the plates by Tom Phillips in lithography on wove paper. All plates are signed and numbered '1/50' by the artists.

This copy comes with two original additions: a leaf with handwritten text by the publisher Robert Altmann 'Portfio [sic] 7, exemplaire I de la série', and an original trial print of one of the plates by John Furnival, 38 x 31.5 cm, folded in two. Excellent set with rare original work.
