Ring-bound folder containing an extensive manual outlining the steps that should be taken by civilians and auxiliary services in the event of a national emergency. Includes sections for 'Mobiele Colonnes', 'Vredesrampen-bestrijding', 'Politie', 'ABC-Dienst' and 'Brandweer'. Folders for 'Rechtspositie' and 'Verplaatsing Bevolking' are empty.
