Pavel Pepperstein (b. 1966) is a Russian artist, writer, rapper, and leading member of the younger generation of Moscow Conceptualists, an avant-garde movement pioneered in the 1970s by artists including Ilya Kabakov, Komar and Melamid, and Pepperstein’s father, Viktor Pivovarov.
