Cover with title handwritten in blue marker on label. Documents the process, execution, and aftermath of the performance project organized on May 25 1973 at the Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht. Introduction by Ulises Carrion, texts in English and Dutch. Extremely rare publication in very good condition. (2) Body Monuments postcard, 13.7 x 9.2 cm. Recto with b/w photo of the performance by Sef Peeters. Verso with artists' names 'Equipo Movimiento, Marroquin-Young Tchong' and address information of the Bonnefantenmuseum.

Body Monuments Incorporated was a live performed action, organized by Raul Marroquin in collaboration with Equipo Movimiento (Marroquin and Young Tchong), Agora Studio, Bonnefantenmuseum and the Jan van Eyck Academy in Maastricht. Marroquin asked two friends to pose as living statues within the niches of the neoclassical façade of the Bonnefanten Museum. They were lifted high up with a crane and held their pose for half an hour. The event was meant to be repeated in the niches of the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, but due to insurance issues this never happened. (total 2)
