Art/ Life. Five issues 1982-1984

Assembling magazine compiled by Joe Cardella in Santa Barbara California, consisting entirely of original art on various kinds of paper or fabric, including prints, photographs, collages and writing, mostly hand-signed and numbered by various creators. Each volume is bound in acetate covers with a plastic slide spine, containing 35 to 40 pp. Produced in a limited edition of 100 to 200 copies. Cardella launched Art/ Life in 1981 and distributed it monthly until the early 2000s.

Contains: Vol. 2 No. 5, June 1982. Missing the plastic binder; Vol. 2 No. 9, Oct 1982; Vol. 2 No. 10 , November 1982. Copy with scattered glitter from one of the contributions; Vol. 3 No. 6, July 1983; Vol. 4 No. 11, December/January 1984. With broken plastic binder. The participating artists are mainly from Santa Barbara, Vol. 4 No. 11 also features some international contributors. (total 5)
