'Morgan Is Sad Today' was a huge assembling project conceived in the late 1960s by Swiss photographers Jean-Pierre Maurer (b. 1942) and Robert Müller (1942–2018) to capture the spirit of their generation, and meant to be published in a photobook 'showing faces, things and creations of the rising generation, impressing the world of today'. This poster asks for input to the project, anybody could send in texts (in all forms and any language) to be assembled in the book. The photo series by Maurer and Müller was shown once, in the Kunstgewerbemuseum Zürich in 1968, the book was only realized in 2015, when the original project was discovered by publisher Patrick Frey.
