Wim Crouwel. Collection of 27 agenda posters Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam
Dutch designer Wim Crouwel (1928-2019), co-founder of the first multidisciplinary design agency in the Netherlands, Total Design in 1963, designed all the graphic work for the Stedelijk Museum from 1963 to 1985. This set contains 27 large posters, 96 x 32 cm each, printed in a variety of monochrome colours, with text in black and white. Features a listing of the monthly museum programme, with corresponding numbers for each month. Unfolded sheets, generally in excellent condition.
Contains Nos. 10, 11, 12 1969; Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12 1970; Nos. 1 and 2 (light creasing lower right corner), 3, 4 (corner crease), 5, 9 and 11 and 12 (mild horizontal crease on lower part) 1971; Nos. 1, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12 1972; No. 3 1973 and September 1986. Among the listed artists are Claes Oldenburg, Piero Manzoni, Hans Bellmer, Frank Stella, Barnett Newman, Jasper Johns and Gordon Matta-Clark. (total 27)
