Very rare original German Robinson version. Each vol. presents a complete story. The novel follows the hero Albertus Julius, who suffers shipwreck at the island of Felsenburg. Later editions appeared under the title "Die Insel Felsenburg", which became highly popular in German literature. Cf. Gove, The imaginary voyage in prose fiction, p. 284-85.
