Lodz Kaliska Group, 1980-1981

The Polish experimental art group was founded in 1979 by Marek Janiak, Andrzej Kwietniewski, Adam Rzepecki, Andrzej Swietlik, Andrzej Wielogorski and Slawek Bit in Lodz. Until 1981 they focused on fusing film, video, performance, and (conceptual) photography, a radical concept at the time. They cooperated with Art Forum Gallery in Lodz and Jaszczurowa Gallery in Cracow.

This set contains 17 items published by the group and both galleries in 1980-1981. Includes an amazing poster with a mounted original b/w photograph, a Lodz Kaliska special issue on 'Performance for Photo', a note by Andrzej Kwietniewski introducing the group, and exhibition flyers and posters for group and solo shows of its members.
