Sent by Jan Cremer with the text: I subscripe to Ratio from 1-8-65. In ratio I would like to see writings about the following subjects: "*Jan Cremer (Writer). *Jan Cremer (Painter). *Jan Cremer (Film star)". On name side stamp with Cremer's address in New York in handwriting and signature. - and Proof design of the magazine, assembled by hand, under the working title "Monitor".
