Guglielmo Achille Cavellini (1914 –1990), was an Italian (conceptual and mail) artist and art collector. In 1971 he started a process of 'autostoricizzazione' (self-historicization), promoting an invented personal history as a celebrated artist. He created posters, stickers, stamps etc. announcing exhibitions in world famous museum that would take place in 2014 to honour the centennial of his birth.
